Shipping and delivery policy

The Sec Guy sells a digital online course. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges anywhere in the world.

When you get access

• Immediately after payment. Razorpay returns you to thesecguy.com and you are signed in to your course at thesecguy.com/learn.
• We also email a welcome message to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes. From then on you sign in with a one-time code sent to that email.
• If you have not received access within 1 hour of a successful payment, email [email protected] with your payment ID and we will fix it within 1 working day.

What is delivered

Online lessons and videos (streamed, not downloadable), hands-on lab guides and code, quizzes, PDF slide decks for each module (downloadable, stamped with your email), and a certificate of completion when you finish. Modules are released in stages on the dates shown on the course page; each new module appears in your account automatically on its release date, and we email you when it does.

Where we deliver

Anywhere you can open thesecguy.com in a modern browser. You need an internet connection to watch videos.
